Over 500 Buddhists celebrated Canadian Buddhist Heritage Month at the Parliament in Canada, led by Venerable Phrakhrusamu Sanitwong. Various activities including blessings and a National Peace Walk aimed to promote peace and multicultural unity.

The Morning Alms Offering to 10,000 Monks on Silom Road on May 19th, 2013
วันวิสาขบูชามีความสําคัญ คือ เป็นวันเพ็ญเดือนหก ซึ่งตรงกับวันประสูติ ตรัสรูิ และปรินิพพานของพระสัมมาสัมพุทธเจ้าในวันเพ็ญเดือนเดียวกันทั้ง 3 วาระ และได้รับการยกย่องให้เป็นวันสำคัญสากลของโลก
หลังการจดทะเบียนกับรัฐบาลสิงคโปร์ในปี พ.ศ. 2542 วัดพระธรรมกายสิงคโปร์ ก็ได้จัดกิจกรรมงานเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนา และจัดปฏิบัติธรรมเพื่อให้เข้าถึงพระธรรมกาย ให้กับผู้คนในประเทศสิงคโปร์อย่างต่อเนื่อง
The Morning Alms Round to 1,111 Monks in Uttaradit province. Alms from this ceremony will be delivered to help monks in four unrest Southern provinces.
The ceremony started from welcoming over 200 international monks with a parade of flowers and flags, and was kindly presided by the Most Venerable Phrathepmongkolvites, the head of the monastic assembly of Wat Thai Los Angeles.
